Terms of use

These terms cover the Notion Beacon website at notionbeacon.click and the study sessions described on it. The official registered business name is Notion Beacon, established in 2018. By using the site or accepting a fee note for a session, you agree to these terms.

The library and the website

The site describes in-person study at the reading room: the Fundamentals Study Series, desk hours, and shelf orientations. Rates on the site are invitations to inquire. A session is agreed only when the desk confirms it in writing. The website does not take payment, hold keys, or broadcast transactions.

Acceptable use

You may read the guides and send an inquiry with your name, email, the session you want, a preferred date, and a message. Do not send secret keys, seed phrases, or copies of identity documents. Do not misuse the inquiry form to harass staff or to impersonate another learner. In the room, follow the house rules given with your confirmation, including the rule that secret keys stay outside.

Intellectual property

The text, shelf arrangement, printed packets, and visual design of the site belong to Notion Beacon unless a page says otherwise. You may keep the review sheet and the notes you write in your own hand during a session. You may not copy the packets for a class of your own, republish the guides as your teaching material, or scrape the site to train a model, without written permission from the desk.

Sessions and conduct

Chairs are limited by the size of the room. A series may wait until the minimum number of learners has accepted a fee note. Notion Beacon may refuse or end a session if a learner records without agreement, brings secret keys into the discussion, or disrupts the table. Fees already paid are then handled under the refund note.

Liability

Study materials explain how Solana accounts, transactions, and programs are commonly described for beginners. They are teaching notes, not a promise about network behaviour on a future date, and not financial, legal, or investment advice. Notion Beacon is not liable for decisions you make after a session, for travel costs, or for losses arising from keys you chose to expose despite the house rules. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Korean law does not allow to be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes that are not settled with the desk are brought in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Korea.
