Fees for time in the room
Each session has its own basis. The series is a fixed fee per learner. A desk hour is billed by the hour. A first visit has a small fixed fee that can be credited if you enrol. Figures are for planning a letter to the desk. Payment is arranged with the library, not on this website.

When the figure becomes a quote
A private series for a named group is quoted after a letter. The variables are the number of learners (four to eight, because that is the room), whether the week replaces a public date, and how many extra packets must be printed. Travel to Jinju is the learner’s own cost and is never folded into the fee.
What is settled before evening one
Han sends a short fee note naming the session, the dates, and the amount. A seat in the series is held when you accept that note. Orientation and desk hours are held when the hour is written back to you. If you need the orientation fee credited, say so in the enrolment letter and keep it inside the 14 days.
What these rates leave out
They do not buy a laptop, a wallet, meals, or a recording. They do not buy advice about buying or selling SOL. A desk hour that runs long is a second hour, agreed before it starts, not a surprise on the way out.
